We were asked to provide support in analysing the communications costs of a company operating in the real estate sector.
We used our methodology to diagnose the current situation (active/subscribed tariffs and consumption) using data analysis tools.
It was possible to find several saving drivers, adapting the consumption to the subscribed tariffs. With the in-depth overview of the contract, we made several market consultations and obtained savings of up to 47%, most of which were only due to adapting the real needs to the market offer.
We implemented the proposed solution and monitored the new contract.
