Case study – Optimizing operating costs
This was a company with a high growth rate in its activity and that did not want to lose sight of its business. However, it was aware of the opportunities to reduce costs.
So we set out to carry out an in-depth analysis of 5 cost categories, namely communications, vehicles (maintenance/repair and fuel), cleaning, hygiene and comfort, and office supplies.
Our team made a survey of all the processes, costs and contracts associated with each of these items. By applying our methodology, several measures were proposed for process optimisation, contract modification, internal regulations and control mechanisms.
This 3-month project not only led to immediate operational improvements but also generated a cost reduction of 27%.
