A technical due diligence is an in-depth evaluation that involves all aspects of a property, i.e. technical, legal and economic aspects.
In this project we were asked to carry out a full analysis of all the buildings on our client’s campus, with a total built area of 7,153 m2.
Our team made several visits to the buildings in order to assess the condition of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations, electrical installations, voice and data installations and water and sewage installations, as well as the legal compliance with regard to the occupation of the spaces and passive fire safety.
Several recommendations were presented, for the various analysis components, duly prioritised either by the criticality of compliance with legal requirements, investment value and implementation deadline.
