This is a company with high growth of its activity and that did not want to lose sight of its business, however it was aware of the opportunities for cost reduction.
So we set out to conduct a thorough analysis of 5 cost items, namely communications, vehicles (maintenance/repair and fuel), cleaning, hygiene and comfort, and office supplies.
Our team made a survey of all the processes, costs and contracts associated with each of the items. Applying our methodology, several measures were proposed for process optimization, contract modification, internal rules and control mechanisms.
This 3-month project, besides allowing for immediate operational improvements, generated a 27% cost reduction.
