This apartment adjacent to Parque Eduardo VII has a historic character that we have tried to preserve and enhance.
Despite the poor state of repair, we have managed to keep all the decorative elements on the ceilings and walls, removing them only in strategic situations.
We have introduced a contemporary touch to the interior of the apartment through simple materials and strong colors.
