BIM PROJECTS
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an integrated approach to the design and construction and rehabilitation of buildings and infrastructures. This work system allows rapid 3D modeling with the incorporation of data related to the physical and functional characteristics of components, such as materials, thermal properties, manufacturer specifications, costs, construction schedules, making project execution and coordination more conscious and faster.
Better visualization and understanding of projects facilitates early detection of incompatibilities, makes it possible to carry out performance analysis simulations, and serves as a means of centralizing all the data pertaining to the project in a single digital model.
