This project was based on the individualization of an apartment into 4 apartments according to its original typology. The apartments shared the same concept and materials, with an openspace between the kitchen and living room to maximize natural light. The kitchens and bathrooms were modernized with contemporary materials and contrasting black accents, and the rest of the spaces were floored with stereotyped wood to create a more welcoming and spacious environment.
