This project was based on rehabilitating and conserving the interior of an apartment located in Arroios.
The apartment was in its original state of construction and needed rehabilitation and general improvement work.

The typology of the apartment was readjusted in an attempt to enhance the value of the property. The major interventions consisted of modernizing the spaces by applying new floor coverings, adapting the pantry to make the kitchen more spacious and creating a laundry area, redesigning the I.S., creating an interior living room, three bedrooms and reinforcing the insulation.
