Madalena is the Founder and Partner of Hivecity.

She has a degree in Architecture from the Lusíada University of Lisbon and more than 20 years' experience in the development and management of various architectural and consultancy projects. As a Partner at Hivecity, she is responsible for business development and managing the team of architects, engineers and consultants who have been successfully delivering projects to national and international clients in the various areas in which we operate.

In addition to Portuguese, she is fluent in English and Spanish.

A few years ago she stopped working to be a more present mother. Inspired by her three children, in 2007 she created a baby clothes brand.

Inês began her career as an architect at Hivecity. Like all the company's architects, she carries out all stages of the architectural project right through to monitoring the work. She has 3 years' experience and has been involved in comprehensive refurbishment projects with various programs, office, retail and residential buildings.

She holds a Master's degree in Architecture from ISCTE in Lisbon, completed her studies in 2018 and did an Erasmus in Belgium at Ghent University in 2017.

She has basic dance training, having attended articulated education.

She talks about Hivecity in Portuguese and English and if the company were a word it would be Optimization.

Mafalda is an architect and has been working with us since 2019.

It carries out all the stages of an architectural project, from the preliminary study to the execution project, supervision and has carried out projects in offices, housing and restaurants.

She has a Master's degree in Architecture from the Lusíada University of Lisbon. In 2016 she started her professional career straight after graduating, having already worked for other architecture and construction companies.
She volunteered at an elementary school, helping children with social integration difficulties.

Apart from her profession, she is involved in a craft wallet project.

She talks about Hivecity in Portuguese, English and Spanish and highlights the company's proactivity.

Teresa started working at Hivecity in 2022 and deals with project and construction management. She studied at the Instituto Superior Técnico for an Integrated Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. She completed her master's dissertation on "Statistical modeling of the performance of energy systems in buildings", in partnership with EDP. Her dissertation explored skills in the area of energy and data analysis, focusing on the development of cost-effective buildings, prepared for a sustainable future. In addition to Portuguese, she speaks English and Spanish. On the professional side, she has worked in the construction sector in: Monitoring and Construction Management and Contract Control and Budgeting. In May 2022 he started a postgraduate course in Finance and Business Control at ISCTE. She enjoys getting to know new cultures and going to the cinema and the theater. For Teresa, Hivecity is about new challenges.

Manuel started working at Hivecity in 2024 and handles all of the company's financial, operational and administrative aspects. He completed a degree in Economics and a Master's in Finance, both at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where he took part in university volunteer projects, such as Peer2Peer, with the aim of integrating people with disabilities into the job market.

In addition to his professional career, he is passionate about sport and plays three different sports.

Vasco started working at Hivecity in 2024 and handles construction management. He is a Civil Engineer and studied at the Instituto Superior Técnico, where he is currently working on his dissertation on Project Management and BIM methodology. During his academic career he took part in an E Awards competition where he explored his entrepreneurial skills by creating roof tiles from reusable materials, applying the concept of the circular economy.

Marta started working at Hivecity in 2024 and deals with project and site management. She is an Industrial Designer and studied at the School of Arts and Design. After carrying out work on his house, where she explored her practical skills in the area of remodeling, she developed an enormous interest in the construction industry, and fitouts. On the professional side, she has worked in construction monitoring, contract control and budgeting.

Ana Paula started working at Hivecity in 2024 as a real estate agent and handles property management. Although she was born in Lisbon, she was raised in Braga and has the spirit of a true Minho woman. She graduated in Textile Engineering from the University of Beira Interior, where she worked for 25 years. In 2016 she dedicated herself to real estate, where she discovered her talent for managing and selling properties. In addition to her passion for work, she is a devoted mother and grandmother who loves traveling with her family.
